While the oral presentation starts very slow there are a couple of things noteworthy of the research so sit back it gets better.
1. The research calls out the obvious distinction between performance and scale but enlightens with arrival rate, time series sequencing and head of line queue theory.
2. The approach to solve the constraints did not assume the use of current boundary conditions but relied on deep systemic knowledge.
3. The proven hypothesis is both quantitative in number of concurrent sessions but qualitative in economic impacts.
